Richard Davis (President) as a student at the University of Miami working towards a degree in Accounting & Business Administration.  He began his first company after realizing that his friends and associates were in need of income assistance. Accounting, Taxes, Etc. was incorporated in 1975.  His business began to grow as the needs of his young clients progressed, and they were now in the market to purchase their first home. As a result, Richard began selling real estate to accommodate the needs of his clients. He accomplished this while maintaining full employment with Caterpillar Tractor Company.

Richard remained working for Caterpillar Tractor Company for 11 years, then moved on to become a police officer with the Miami-Dade Police department.  He quickly rose to the rank of Sergeant. Because of his passion for real estate and financial matter, Richard has spent seventeen of his twenty years on the police department in the Economic Crimes Bureau supervising investigations related to mortgage frauds, embezzlements, and financial schemes to defraud.

Today, what began as a simple tax business has grown into a full service financial company offering financial planning, mortgages broker services, real estate service and federal income tax preparation.

Kareem Brantley (Vice President) received his Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) for the University of Florida.   Soon After, He furthered his education with a graduate degree Masters of Science in Finance. Kareem became a financial planner with an emphasis and expertise in portfolio products including mutual funds, IRAs, Annuities ,individual stocks,   self directed investments, and  creative financial concepts.

In addition to securities experience, Kareem is a mortgage broker, a licensed real estate agent and direct real estate investor. He has many years experience in buying and selling real estate along with real estate and alternative financing.  Kareem is personally rewarded by "the idea that I could educate people with my financial knowledge to achieve their personal and family goals."

Jahaira Torres (Mortgage Loan Processor/ Income Tax Preparer) received her education at Barry University. She has worked as a loan processor for several years, making her knowledgeable of the intricacies of the mortgage industry. Jahaira also has become a Federal Income Tax Preparer and enjoys educating her clients on ways to say money and maximizing their income tax return refund.  Jahaira’s ability to speak both English and Spanish is advantageous in our current market and allows us to serve a broader demographic area.

Howard Carter, III (Marketer) graduated for the University of Central Florida with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a concentration in Marketing. Richard Davis' eldest son, Howard, is currently a candidate for the Real Estate Representative license. Also, he is in school for an income tax preparation accreditation.

Nelson Rodriquez (Real Estate Broker) is a graduate of Florida International University with a degree in Public Administration.  In 1982 he joined the Metro-Dade Police Department and is currently the Sergeant of the Underwater Recovery Unit.  Having always had an interest in investing and finance, He became a mortgage broker in 1999.  After years of successful investments in real estate he became a real estate agent.  In 2004 Nelson became a real estate broker to better help clients manage their real estate investment needs. Nelson is dedicated to helping his clients achieve their goals whether it is buying their first home or buying investment property.  As President of Rohan Realty, He also makes sure all clients are given the personal attention and respect they deserved.

David Goldberger  (Mortgage Broker) is a 1984 graduate of the University of South Florida, with a Bachelor Degree in Criminal Justice.  In 1999 he became a licensed Mortgage Broker and began his business association with Richard Davis.  David will be beginning his sixth year as an Income Tax Preparer, obtaining is accreditation in 2000.

Attended Broward Community College majoring Medical Administration. Worked as Medical Consultant for 10yrs until she obtained her Mortgage Brokers License in Nov of 2005. Continues to expand my expertise in mortgages by also obtaining my Realtors Lic in Sep 06. Now able to assist clients in finding the best financing to meet there individual needs, she can also assist them in locating the ideal property. Specializing in first time home buyers, investors, SBA lending, commercial lending and rent to own. Camilla has also partnered with her father Pastor/Dr. Anthony L.Davis and mother Margaret A. Davis with there Community Development Corporation. There projects consist of building town homes and sfr for the first time home buyers. There goal is to develop the vast majority of vacant lots throughout the City of Deerfield Beach and Pompano Beach. Camilla has found a love and undying passion in financing/real-estate. With this she is determined to turn every clients need into a personal mission of her own. Her efforts will not stop until the mission is accomplished. Camilla is excited about joining the Davis group and looking forward to a long career with R.S. Davis Financial Group.
